# Apply Accreditation

Submit your application using the form below. We will contact you to guide you through the next steps.

Accreditation costs are determined in mutual consultation with the training provider, depending on the complexity and scale of the program to be accredited.

## Brief instructions

Please complete the form as fully as possible. Once we have received it, we will contact you to schedule the intake and indicate which documentation is required.

## What to submit?

To proceed with your application we need the following documentation:

- course description and learning objectives
- course structure and study load
- information about training providers
- assessment design (if relevant)
- quality assurance and evaluation process
- indication of PE hours and credits per course, including supporting documents
