Als voormalig bestuurder bij Hobéon, marktleider in accreditaties voor het hoger onderwijs, heeft hij uitgebreide kennis van nationale en internationale accreditaties en certificeringen. Hij heeft organisaties ondersteund bij het versterken van onderwijs- en kwaliteitsprocessen voor ministeries en het bedrijfsleven. Daarnaast was hij lector Media Business, o.a. gespecialiseerd in digitale businessmodellen en professor aan het prestigieuze Glion te Montreux, waar hij onderzoek en onderwijs internationaal verbond. Hij was mede-eigenaar van een business school en werkte daarnaast met bedrijven zoals Trifinance, ASML, Warner Music en Adyen.
